Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrative HR Specialist to join this great team.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and maintaining accurate employee documentation and HR records
Coordinating onboarding activities, contractual amendments, employee documentation, and offboarding activities
Serving as the point of contact for employees
Ensuring HR processes comply with Bulgarian labor legislation
Maintaining data quality and perform regular system audits
Supporting recruitment administration
Collaborating with Finance & Payroll Departments
What we're looking for:
University degree in Human resources, Business administration, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in HR administration, personnel administration or a similar role
Good knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation
Good Excel skills and confidence working with administrative/accounting software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude, excellent organizational and time-management skills
