Your responsibilities in Core Migration:

• Develop and expand our client portfolio in Bulgaria

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and decision-makers

• Present our recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients

• Manage the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement

• Maintain regular communication with clients and business partners

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth

• Maintain accurate records and professional communication

Requirements

• Fluent Bulgarian

• Good English communication skills

• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or a similar role

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to work independently from home

• Reliable internet connection

• Professional work ethic
