Junior Software Engineer (Students Accepted)
We're hiring software engineers who are familiar with "agentic coding" tools and have a good fundamental understanding of computers and server infrastructure.
The agentic coding tools we work with include Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode.
What we're looking forYou should be good at communicating in English, both spoken and written. Familiarity with any given programming language is not required — however it's a great plus, provided you are actually a good programmer.
Python, Rust or JavaScript for React frontends are especially welcome.
How you'll workYou'll be expected to work hard and learn fast. The flip side is that you'll work with international clients and be directly mentored by a very experienced programmer and electrical engineer who's at the forefront of how the field is evolving because of LLMs.
Your mentor is a former CTO at Metaculus, Littlebird and Abliterate.ai.
Part of the work is literally automating other teams of software engineers using LLMs, and building frameworks for creating products that require minimal software-engineer involvement.
Working hours & locationFlexible working hours, but you'll need to be in the office at times. A lot of the work can be done remotely, though there will be some in-person tasks and the occasional need for in-person coordination.
