Well-known Bulgarian provider offering innovative IPTV and Billing Operations solutions, whose clients' portfolio includes major Telecom players and streaming providers in Bulgaria. We are currently supporting them in recruiting a smart and proactive professional who will take the role of:


CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER


Main duties for the position:

In this role, you will provide first-line customer support, ensure excellent client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within the Bulgarian market, with potential expansion into Western Europe. Your main focus will be to maintain strong relationships with current clients while supporting the company’s core products: IPTV software solutions and Billing Operations systems. The ideal candidate is diplomatic, intelligent, and possesses strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive onboarding and product training are included.



Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

-Experience (1-2 years) in a client‑facing role such as Account Manager, Client Success Lead, Customer Support Manager, or Junior Project Manager
-Strong communication and interpersonal customer relations skills
-Microsoft Office suite
-Very good command of English and Bulgarian languages
-Previous commercial experience in customer support or low-tech support roles will be an advantage
