Technical Support Engineer
A fast-growing, global tech company in the IoT space is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain telecom core network elements
- Set up and manage VMs, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
- Run technical demos and assist with customer installations
- Collaborate closely with networking and development teams on testing and deployments
- Follow engineering best practices and security standards
- Participate in 24×7 shift rotations
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of Telecom Core Networks
- Networking experience (VPNs, cloud environments such as AWS)
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Strong documentation mindset and attention to detail
- Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborative team player who enjoys solving complex technical challenges
- Telecom or IoT domain experience is a strong advantage
