Operational Accountant

Responsibilities:
▪ Perform day to day accounting functions, including processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable.
▪ Issuing invoices and processing in internal system and VAT
▪ Daily e-banking transaction and booking Bank statements.
▪ Perform the internal month-end financial operations close process in compliance with all Group rules and control procedures
▪ Review clients contracts, ensuring accounting is in accordance with key terms and raising and resolving issues with other areas of the organization.
▪ Monthly reporting to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing financial statements, including reporting such as VAT returns, statistical reports, etc.;
• Processing the accounting data into company accounting system;
• Payroll calculations and Labour legislation compliance;
• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.
If you have:
▪ Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
▪ Minimum 1 year experience in invoicing and e-banking
▪ Experience with CRM systems
▪ Strong hands-on working knowledge of Excel models, at an advanced level
▪ Excellent organization and communication skills and clients service orientation
▪ Strong analytical skills coupled with attention to details
▪ Ability to work under pressure and within tight time lines
▪ The ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and flat organization is ideal
▪ Fluency in English (spoken and written)
