As the company continues to expand its operations and strengthen its HR and payroll capabilities in Europe, we are looking for a German-speaking HR Operations & Employee Services Speicalist to join their team in Sofia.
What you’ll do: • Support payroll processes for the German market, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• Act as a key contact for employee and client queries related to payroll and HR topics;
• Maintain employee data, contracts, and documentation across systems;
• Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding);
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery;
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies, ensuring high-quality standards;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant experience;
• 3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or customer support;
• Fluency in German and English;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and tech-driven environment;
• Experience with HR systems or payroll tools is a plus.
