Fixed-Term Position – Switzerland | 3 Months

• Net base salary: CHF 2,300/month
• Completion bonus: CHF 500/month
• Total potential net compensation: CHF 2,800/month
• Total for 3 months: CHF 8,400 net

The CHF 500 monthly completion bonus is paid only after successful completion of the full three-month employment period. If the employee leaves before the agreed end date, the completion bonus is not payable, subject to the employment contract and applicable Swiss law.

• Food allowance: provided throughout the employment

• Travel Bulgaria ↔ Switzerland: including agreed airport transfers

This position requires a full three-month commitment. POUSHE makes a significant upfront investment in travel, accommodation, transportation and onboarding for each employee. The completion bonus is therefore conditional upon completing the entire agreed employment period.
