We are currently assisting them in recruiting several experienced Professionals to take the role of:


Technical Business Analyst

Some of your duties:

In this position, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into detailed technical requirements, which include close collaboration with the stakeholders and vendor management. A key part of your role involves process modelling using tools like BPMN. Last but not least, you will provide crucial support to the application testing process.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a banking/fintech company is mandatory;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or Software Engineering;
- Hands-on experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements;
- Experience with BPMN or other tools for modeling business processes;
- Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practices;
- Very good command of English - both spoken and written.
- A Lean Management or Six Sigma certification would be a significant advantage.
