In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Your responsibilities:

Active and driving role in the further development of operational processes and standards to make them more efficient
Transfer of new products to series production
Development of excellent manufacturing solutions within the product creation process with a focus on optimal, validated manufacturing, repair and testing processes in interdisciplinary teams
Support the production departments with the introduction of newly developed manufacturing technologies
Further development and optimization of existing processes
Carrying out analyzes in case of process deviations and deriving improvement measures
Ramp-up of the production of new products from the assigned product group
Responsibility for the validation, verification and approval of new processes
Proactive completion of the interface between development and production including reporting to the departments involved

Your profile:

Bachelor degree (or last year undergraduate) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials science or comparable
Professional experience in process development and optimization, production support and industrial engineering would be considered as an advantage
You work as a coach in your areas and have methodical and communicative experience in passing on your knowledge to the other team members as well as to other parties involved
Very good business English, German would be considered as a strong advantage
Ability and desire to solve problems, Flexibility and change management skills
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP system
