In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participates in the development, implementation and updating of the company's strategies and policies in the management and development of human resources;
Develops and is responsible for the implementation of personnel selection systems and procedures for evaluating the qualities of candidates for work in the company;
Coordinates the study and analysis of needs for changes in numbers and structure. of personnel, as well as all administrative activities related to the personnel of the organization;
Organizes the development of regulations for the internal work order, as well as the development and improvement of internal company documents - policies, rules, procedures, instructions and others;
Plans, directs and participates in the conduct of induction, internal and external training and orientation of new employees, as well as employee potential development programs.
Participates in the creation of onboarding and training plans for new hires on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations;
Ensures a favorable working climate and ethical labor relations in the department and is responsible for the strict and timely implementation of the assigned functions, activities and tasks of the department;
Represents the interests of the company in the field of social issues and professional qualifications, external institutes, non-profit organizations, trade union organizations, etc., within the limits of the delegated powers;
Develops and offers innovative approaches to improve personnel management, enrich the subject of the department's activity, increase work efficiency, work time organization and systems for evaluating labor efficiency;
Represents the interests of the company in the field of social issues and professional qualifications, external institutions, etc., within the limits of the delegated powers;
Organizes the preparation and presentation of the necessary data, reports and other analyzes for management;
Complies with all requirements arising from the Labor Code, the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and other internal and external regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- professional experience in the field of human resources management for at least 3 years;
- excellent computer literacy /Word, Excel, Internet, software products, specialized software/;
- English language proficiency at working level;
- very good knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
- excellent organizational skills, team management skills, responsibility and loyalty, communication, initiative, decision-making ability.
