PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

For one of our clients, international manufacturing company, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:

                                                           PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of work processes and daily communication with employees;
• Planning and preparation of strategic plans related to the development of production;
• Conducting training in order to optimize the work process;
• Preparation of reports to the management related to the performance and progress of the work;
• Performs a preventive check on the correct use of machines, their workload and the effective use of materials, communicating on a daily basis with suppliers;

Requirements:

• Experience in the production of plastic products;
• Technical or engineering education;
• Leadership skills;
• Motivated and responsible person with conception thought;
• Very good English skills;
• Good computer skills and experience with ERP system;
