Your responsibilities:
• Developing sales and channel strategies for different geographies and verticals, together with the CEO;
• Preparing and executing a sales plan both for direct customers and for the partner channel;
• Actively seeking and closing deals, managing key accounts to achieve growth and hit sales targets;
• Negotiating deal terms and defining pricing strategies;
• Managing pipeline, sales forecasts and reports in the respective CRM and ERP systems;
• Supervising and mentoring the more junior members of the sales team;
• Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Your professional qualifications:
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Experience in FMCG is a plus;
• Motivation to be a part of the Green Revolution.
