Junior Scheduling Specialist

You work in Mondelēz International Business Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience. In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
How you will contribute?
You will improve the process of creation and maintaining the production schedules in order to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
What you will bring?
By maintaining the production schedule the Scheduler will help to allocate resources efficiently and optimally, which decreases financial emergencies and increases the reliability of available funds.
Job specific Skills/Leadership competencies requirements:
Relevant work experience in production & material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, Line Operations, and/or Forecasting is preferable;
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills;
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks;
Fluent English;
Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Experience in ERP (SAP) systems is strong advantage;
What do we expect?
Preparing the daily/weekly detailed production schedule;
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay;
Coordinate production workflow for several production lines;
Communicate with the demand planners and rest departments any issue that may affect the production schedule;
Prepare and submit status and performance reports following company’s KPIs;
A person which is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills;
Written and spoken English & computer literacy;
Work schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30
