Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer

Arkomat Bulgaria Ltd. is a manufacturer of automotive parts for cars since 1999 in its Kazanlak and Karlovo factories. In connection with the expansion of the company activities, we would like to complement our team with a motivated and responsible employee in the position of Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer

Requirements for candidates:

·         Good level of English knowledge in Writing and Speaking

·         Proficiency in the use of MS Office (particularly MS Teams, Excel and Word)

·         Experience in working in a multidisciplinary environment / good communication skills

·         Developed analytical skills and attention to detail

·         Experience in supply chain management systems or Automotive Systems will be considered an advantage

Key duties of the position:

To administer and coordinate the supply chain management process of the Company;

• ensure effective and efficient procurement of Company’s inventory
• Follow raw material and finished good stock levels
• Collaborate with production department to obtain necessary output to supply the customers
• coordinate transport logistics of the company to ensure safe and on time delivery of the products to its clients
• Ensure optimal contact with customers/warehouses
