Quality Assurance Officer

Arkomat Bulgaria Ltd. is a manufacturer of automotive parts for cars since 1999 in its Kazanlak and Karlovo factories. In connection with the expansion of the company activities, we would like to complement our team with a motivated and responsible employee in the position of Quality Assurance Officer

Requirements for candidates:

·         Good level of English knowledge in Writing and Speaking

·         Proficiency in the use of MS Office (particularly MS Teams, Excel and Word)

·         Experience in working in a multidisciplinary environment / good communication skills

·         Developed analytical skills and attention to detail

·         Experience in Quality Assurance systems or Automotive Systems will be considered an advantage

Key duties of the position:

• Monitoring, inspecting the manufacturing processes and proposing measures to correct or improve final product
• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
• Assist in review and update of Quality Assurance procedures and documents
• Manage and respond to customer complaints and queries
• Attend and lead the customer audits
