OriVox Systems is a US-based lead generation company specializing in Medicare and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) verticals. We use AI-powered qualification systems and operate with 100% CMS-compliant processes. We're growing our Bulgaria-based remote team and looking for sharp, English-fluent professionals to join us.
The Role
You'll be the front line of our B2B outreach — connecting with business owners across the United States via phone, email, and LinkedIn. This is not a script-reading call center job. We need someone who can have real conversations, think on their feet, and represent our company with professionalism.
You'll work American business hours (roughly 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Bulgarian time), giving you your mornings free.
What You'll Do

Conduct outbound calls and emails to US-based business prospects

Qualify leads using our AI-assisted workflows and CRM systems

Manage prospect pipelines and update records in real time

Collaborate with account managers on campaign strategy and messaging

Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Follow compliant outreach scripts while adapting to live conversations
What We're Looking For

Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum) — spoken and written. You must sound natural and confident on calls with American business owners

Excellent communication skills — you can handle objections, build rapport, and stay professional under pressure

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls

Self-motivated and organized — you'll work remotely with minimal supervision

Comfortable working US business hours (afternoon/evening shift in Bulgaria)

Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or B2B outreach is a strong plus but not required — we'll train the right person
