Privacy Policy in relation to Recruitment
Processes at GAMELOFT SE and its European subsidiaries companies
Your
privacy is important to Gameloft. We want to explain you through our Policy how
we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your Personal Data.
Gameloft SE and its European subsidiaries
companies collect, store, and use your Personal Data as data controllers for
recruitment processes.
All personal data shall be processed in
accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE
COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 “GDPR “on the protection of natural persons with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such
data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of April
1, 2018.
Gameloft reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy.
What
kind of personal data do we collect?
The terms \\\"personal data” means information that specifically identifies you personally
directly or indirectly in particular by reference to an identifier such as
your name, physical address, email
address, telephone...and, any other information that is required by applicable
law to be treated as Personal Data.
Gameloft will collect only adequate,
relevant and limited Personal Data called “Applicant Personal Data”
in relation to the purposes for which they
are processed.
We use
the information contained in the application form and any additional Applicant
Personal Data that you decide to share with us during the recruitment process
for example information from your personal website, from your Linkedin profile.
We will not collect or use any other information without your prior consent.
Why do we collect your Applicant’s Personal Data?
Your Applicant’s
Personal Data is collected in respect of a recruitment process and will be kept
to facilitate the management of the recruitment process and any subsequent legal
challenge to that process.
How
long do we keep your data?
Your Applicant
Personal Data will be retained for in Gameloft following the completion of the recruitment
process and then stored for maximum 5 years on the reserve list. Indeed, if
your profile do not match exactly our job offers now, we could propose you
another position in the future. If you want to delete your data please refer to
“Your Privacy rights chapter”.
In case
you become Gameloft’s employee, your Applicant Personal Data will be stored
longer according to local regulations requirements.
Which
technical means do we use to process the data?
Applicant
Personal Data is stored on internal Gameloft servers. We use also SmartRecruiters
services. Any remote access during the recruitment process facilitated using
the secure internet protocols https. Access to the Applicant Personal Data is
restricted to the Human Resources section and internal manager supporting the
recruitment process.
Who
has access to your Applicant Personal Data and to whom is it disclosed?
The following categories of person have access
to your data:

Gameloft Managers who propose
the job offer
·
Gameloft Human Resources team
and staff supporting the recruitment process locally in Gameloft entities in
Europe or at the headquarters based 14 rue Aubert 75009 Paris, France;

Gameloft providers and theirs sub-contractors
·
Gameloft IT services supporting
the Human Resources services locally and in headquarters in Paris, France;
·
Gameloft IT Security team if
necessary;
·
Gameloft Audit team;
·
Vivendi Audit team as Gameloft
is part of Vivendi Group.
Are
there some of your Applicant Personal Data transfer outside the European Union?
Your Applicant
Personal Data will be processed in European Union but may be transferred to the
United States and other countries outside of the European economic Area which
may offer different levels of protection for personal data than may be
available in your country. Gameloft Human Resources Provider ensures that all
personal data is handled, processed, transferred and stored in accordance with GDPR
and that adequate safeguards and procedures providing protection to Applicant Personal
Data are in place. When you submit your application, you agree to this Policy
and, in particular, you expressly agree to the transfer of your Applicant
Personal Data for the purposes described in that policy.
To
this end, we use the European Standard Contract clauses
(http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/international-transfers/index_en.htm)
with our sub processors located outside Europe in order to guarantee the privacy
and the security of your Applicant Personal Data.
Which
security measures are in place against misuse or unauthorised access?
The
information system is protected against unauthorised use. Only identified and authorised
recipients have access to Applicant Personal Data, protected by a login and a
password, over a secure internet or intranet connection. Employees within Gameloft
are given access rights corresponding to the requirements of their job and only
to the Applicant Personal Data relevant for their purposes.
Your
privacy rights (Articles 15-22 GDPR)
You
can exercise your privacy rights at any time and ask Gameloft access,
rectification and deletion of your Applicant Personal Data. You can
also ask for the limitation of the processing or object to a processing of your
personal information or exercise your right to data portability.
To preserve
the confidentiality of your Personal information we must be sure to identify
you correctly. To this extent, please provide us a copy of an official document
that can prove you identity. This copy will be destroy safely within two months
once your demand is instructed and closed.

and specify in which country(ies) you applied to our jobs.
If you ask
for the limitation of a processing of your Applicant Personal Data or object to
such processing, we may not be able to answer your request.
Please note
that some Human Resources processing are mandatory for your recruitment
process in Gameloft.
Gameloft HR
teams will instruct your request and will answer to you within one month unless
your request requires more investigations. In that case you’ll be specifically
informed.
We remind
you that you have a right to file a complaint with your Data Protection Supervisory
Authority.
You
can address any of your demand in relation to this Privacy Policy to Gameloft’s

Changes
We reserve
the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, please review
this Privacy from time to time so that you are aware when any changes are made.
