Currently, they have a project for a client, and with our professional help, want to recruit an experienced IT Professional to take the role of:
WINDOWS PLATFORM ENGINEER
The person in this role will be responsible for administering and maintaining a stable, secure Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 desktop environment, including system configuration, automation, monitoring, and performance optimization in an enterprise setting. You will also troubleshoot complex software, OS, and network-related issues, collaborate with IT teams, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Main requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Informatics, (Software) Engineering, or any technical-related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in desktop OS platform engineering, with proven expertise in installation, configuration, operational support, and advanced troubleshooting;
- Hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune for Windows and the Microsoft 365 suite;
- Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory user and computer management, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs);
- Familiarity with PowerShell and C# for task automation;
- Knowledge of Splunk;
- Very good command of the English language;
