About Us:
We are Castle Marketing Strategies - a marketing agency currently expanding our remote team of video content creators in Bulgaria, specializing in short-form video editing for social media platforms. About the Role:
We're looking for creative and motivated Video Editors to join our growing remote team.In this role, you'll transform long-form content, including podcasts, interviews, debates, and speeches, into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your goal is to identify compelling moments and edit them into videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
If you enjoy social media, understand what makes content perform well, and have a passion for video editing, we'd love to hear from you. Growing accounts is a gradual process, so consistency and patience are very important for this role.
Responsibilities:
Previous professional experience is not required. Detailed guidelines, onboarding, and ongoing operational support are provided.
The position is offered under a civil contract (independent contractor agreement) with Castle Marketing Strategies EOOD.
Applicable taxes and social security contributions are handled in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation and the individual circumstances of the contractor.

Responsibilities:
- Watch long-form content and identify engaging moments.
- Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, or similar.
- Follow client branding and content guidelines.
- Consistently upload content to social media accounts.
What are we looking for:
- English language proficiency B2 or higher.
- Previous video editing experience is preferred.
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with short-form vertical video editing.
- Experience using captioning tools such as Submagic, CapCut, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
