We are looking for a

Provide efficient and professional sales admin support ensuring customers’ orders are processed accurately and timely,
Working actively as part of the central team to increase and enhance the level of service, adding value to the office’s turnover
Manages clients’ orders: control part numbers, prices, multipliers, product codes, and discrepancies. Check credit limit, enter into the ERP, and create proforma invoices.
Monitor product availability at the factories (outside of EU) via the ERP system
Manages the full order and delivery/logistics process of the HVAC goods from the factory which is outside of the EU to the warehouse in EU
A dynamic person, who is driven by the result, can & dare to take initiative, enjoys to be part of a small team & an international company
Self-driven and being able to multitask & an Excellent problem solver
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Logistics is desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience as commercial/logisitcs assistant
Experience of managing logistics from non EU countries / Asia
Fluent in both Bulgarian and English languages both verbal and written.
Strong MS Office knowledge, excellent skills in Excel (advanced level)
Experience with ERP / Navision system, extracting data and managing it in excel is highly appreciated and a must have
Compensation: between BGN2,500 – 3,000 gross/month (depending on the experience) =
