We are now expanding our B2B Sales team and looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will build strong relationships with business customers, identify upsell opportunities, and consistently exceed targets. You’ll work with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing, pre‑qualified leads—giving you the platform to succeed and grow.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Represent ResultsCX and our client at a top level, driving growth through high‑volume outbound calling and emailing to existing customer leads.
• Effectively promote a diverse range of client solutions related to checkout and payment processes.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction by understanding clients’ needs and offering the most suitable options.
• Actively and creatively contribute to the overall support and sales process to ensure the best experience and solutions for our clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks through proactive outreach and efficient lead conversion.
• Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• C1 level of English and C1 level of German.
• Previous experience in a sales capacity or similar role is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, pragmatic, and friendly approach.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop.
