Tasks:

Handling customer contacts via e-mail , phone and chat:
-
Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;

Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner,
-
Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer.

Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers
Skills:
-
Have fluent level of Dutch language (C1/ C2)
-
Have good level of English language (B2);
-
Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
-
Have excellent customer care skills;
-
Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
