We are currently assisting them in recruiting an experienced and motivated IT professional for the position of:


Embedded Firmware Developer


Key duties include:

• Design, develop, and maintain STM32G4 motor control firmware;
• Implement and optimize FOC algorithms, feedback interfaces, and protection mechanisms;
• Tune current, torque, and speed control loops on embedded hardware;
• Develop application-level control logic, state machines, and C-based firmware.

Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing motor control firmware for STM32 microcontrollers;
• Experience with three-phase motor drives and real-time motor control systems;
• Strong expertise in bare-metal programming, STM32 LL drivers, and ADC injected mode;
• Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems;
• Ability to read electronic schematics and to work effectively at the firmware-hardware interface;
• Excellent written and spoken English.
