For their Commercial Department, they are currently looking to hire motivated and loyal professionals who will join the team in the position of:
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE
In this role, you will manage back-office operations, handle customers' communication, deliver customer support, and assist both the finance and sales teams.
Required skills, experience, and knowledge:
- Proven professional experience in Back Office Operations, Sales Support, and/or Customer Support roles;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Excellent command of French (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
- Familiar with CRM systems; knowledge of SAP and Odoo is highly advantageous;
- Well-organized person with a proactive and team-oriented mindset;
