Provide customer support and advisory to AMFG customers.

Help customers to onboard and benefit from AMFG.

Work closely with customers to assess & solve their business challenges using the AMFG product.

Responsibilities:

Advise customers on best practice product usage.

Respond to customer support inquiries.

Produce customer product documentation.
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

Minimum two years of experience in customer communication.

Experience in customer product support.
-
Fluent in English.
-
University degree.
