Integrity Manager
ESB HUB is an international esports tournament operator and platform focused on console disciplines, where technology, esports, and players are united into a single ecosystem. We operate both as a tournament organizer and as a talent development platform in esports, and for over 7 years, we have been building the industry of daily competitions, contributing to the global popularization of esports.
We organize and conduct tournaments in eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, eTennis, and other disciplines, creating high-level competitive events.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Integrity Manager
to join our Integrity Team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring fair play, ethical conduct, and overall security of our tournaments. The Integrity Manager combines integrity control, investigations, and venue security oversight to safeguard the credibility of competitions and protect all participants.
Responsibilities:
Integrity and Fair Play:

Monitor and enforce integrity and fair play standards across all competitions.

Conduct pre-employment screenings, background checks, and due diligence.

Investigate potential integrity breaches (match manipulation, corruption, abuse of position).

Prepare integrity reports and present findings to management.

Organize integrity and ethics training sessions for staff, referees, and players.

Maintain confidentiality and protect informants and whistleblowers.
Security Oversight:

Supervise physical and technical security at all tournament venues.

Coordinate with venue staff and local authorities on access control, surveillance, and emergency procedures.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Develop and update incident response and crisis management plans.
Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare regular reports on integrity and security matters.

Maintain an internal database of integrity and security incidents.

Collaborate with law enforcement, sports federations, and partner organizations.
Requirements:

Background in law enforcement, security, or legal field.

Proven experience in integrity management, investigations, or security operations.

Understanding of sports governance and betting-related integrity risks.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to handle sensitive investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.

Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate or higher).

Higher education in law, security, criminology, or sports management.

Project management experience is a plus.
