Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Accounting: Process primary accounting documents (invoices) with accurate allocation across designated cost centers.
Rep Office & Financial Operations: Handle banking transactions, manage expense reports, and support regular activity reporting for the local representative office.
Asset & Ledger Management: Track, post, and reconcile fixed assets alongside ongoing vendor/client accounts.
Tax & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of local VAT returns, ledgers, and statutory reports in compliance with local regulations.
Closing Support: Contribute to monthly/yearly financial closing cycles and prepare ad-hoc management reports under international guidelines.


Candidate Profile
2+ years of hands-on accounting experience within an international company or corporate representative office.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
Strong grasp of Bulgarian tax law (VAT, Corporate Income Tax) working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/NSS), and standard rep office reporting structures.
Practical experience with major ERP platforms (SAP or Dynamics 365) and strong MS Excel skills (data sets, lookups, formulas).
Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B1/B2 preferred).
