Remote office assistant
We are an international company looking for an experinced Office Assistant based in Sofia. The working hours are 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
As our Remote Office Assistant, you will be the organizational backbone of our distributed team. You will ensure that schedules align across time zones, documents are always where they need to be, and communication flows effortlessly. Your work will help our team focus on what they do best—while you keep the virtual wheels turning smoothly.
We are looking for somebody with a great level of spoken and written English. With excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. The right candidate for us will need to be able to work under pressure and to have a proactive mindset.
Main tasks will be:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Handle incoming emails, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain and organize digital files, shared drives, and project documentation.
- Be able to respond efficiently to last minute enquiries and unexpected circumstances, that need fast and efficient actions
- Support virtual events, team meetings, and online workshops.
- Track office-related expenses and manage supply orders for remote team members.
- Book accommodation and travel for team members of the company for various projects across the world.
