Currently, we are supporting them to hire new members for their brand new Accounts Payable Team in the city of Varna, in the position of:


Accounts Payable Specialist (Invoice Reconciliation)


Some of your main duties:

You will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, investigating and resolving any discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or missing information. In addition, you will conduct an analysis of payment variances or recurring issues related to accounts payable processes. Last but not least, you will collaborate closely with the internal departments and external suppliers.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational environment;
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant specialization;
- Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management;
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel;
- Fluency in English - at least B2 level, both spoken and written;

Knowledge of the German language would be a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory.
