We are a busy letting and managemant agency based in London, UK, seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time, maternity leave cover basis.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities-
Coordinate office activities and daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling

Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence in a professional manner

Maintain and update records, databases, and internal systems

Arrange and coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and contractor visits

Support team members with administrative tasks when required

Create property adverts and listings

Organize and schedule property viewings with prospective clients

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours weekly) (Maternity Leave Cover)

Working Hours: Flexible, aligned with UK business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Location: Remote (Home-Based)

Compensation: Equivalent of £800/month (approx. €930–€950), calculated on an hourly basis depending on agreed part-time hours

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and spoken English

Confident phone manner and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Previous experience in administration, real estate, or customer service is an advantage
