Compensation: Base salary + attractive commission + bonuses + car/fuel compensation

What you'll do day-to-day
- Build and grow distribution in the fitness channel: independent gyms, independend shops, CrossFit boxes, functional training studios, boutique fitness chains, sports clubs, and selected retail/pharmacies
- Visit 20–40 accounts per day → present our premium healthy snack range, run tastings, place orders, set up eye-catching displays & POS materials
- Develop strong relationships with gym, shop owners, managers, trainers and front-desk staff – become their trusted go-to person for healthy grab-&-go options
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume + new placements)
- Organise product samplings, mini-events and promotions inside gyms, shops & at local expos
- Report sales activity, competitor moves and market feedback in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on specific campaigns and influencer partnerships
You are probably a great fit if you have
- 1–3+ years of field sales experience (ideally B2B or B2C in FMCG, food & beverage, supplements, sports nutrition, beverages, or fitness industry)
- Genuine passion for fitness, healthy eating and/or gym culture (you train regularly – bonus if you can speak the language of macros, recovery & clean ingredients)
- Driver’s license + own car (most of the job happens on the road)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills – you’re comfortable doing tastings and closing on the spot
- Hunter mentality + relationship-building skills (new business + account management)
- Organised, target-driven, resilient to “no”, and able to work independently
- Nice-to-have: existing contacts in the community in your region
