B2B Digital Sales Specialist with Spanish
We’re growing our client`s team and are looking for a proactive Sales Development Specialist who thrives in a digital-first sales environment. If you enjoy starting conversations, uncovering business needs, and turning interest into long-term client partnerships, you’ll feel right at home here.
What This Role Is All About:
Reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails and social platforms, managing both inbound and outbound interactions
Research and connect with decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms
Build and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline, moving prospects confidently through each stage
Log and organize all communication and activities in the company’s CRM system
Assess and qualify leads before handing them over to the onboarding team for the next steps in the sales process
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Fluency in Spanish or Italian
Excellent written and spoken English
At least 1.5–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the tech or digital advertising sector
Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification strategies, and sales funnel management
A track record of identifying growth opportunities and nurturing relationships over time
Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving IT sales environment
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Knowledge of digital advertising is an advantage
