HR Business Partner

What you’ll be doing:
Participating in employee development initiatives and well-being
Participating in local and global projects related to implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems
Supporting the recruitment process and provides timely, quality, and efficient service to candidates and hiring managers
Propose, implement and maintain the processes, procedures and tools related to people development, including talent management & succession planning
Ensuring compliance with legislation, global & local company requirements
Participating in employer branding initiatives

What we’re looking for:
University degree in BA, HR or relevant field
Experience in HR systems and Best Practices
Experience in use of social media and job boards
Computer literacy – MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors (will be considered as an advantage)
Interpersonal & Communication skills – personal effectiveness, time management & priorities
Fluent in spoken and written English and Bulgarian
