SP AUDIT ltd is a licensed intermediary for Bulgaria and abroad. For our trusted client, a dynamic international fast-growing company in automotive sector, we are looking for:
HR Generalist
To be responsible for the following HR processes:
- Compensation&Benefits, including analysis & benchmark;
- Employee skill and competence evaluation in skill matrix;
- Training and development with focus on leadership;
- Support the team in recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offering;
- Support the team on the оnboarding process of new employees.
- Provide day-to-day support for employee administration;
Your skills:
- University degree - Human Resources Management, Economics, Business administration or other relevant;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English used daily;
- Previous experience on a similar role;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive and motivated person;
