We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Modern Workspace Administrator to support the firm’s ongoing digital transformation and contribute to the development and optimization of its modern IT environment.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and improving IT processes, designing modern workplace solutions, and supporting the firm’s transition to advanced digital tools. The Modern Workspace Administrator will develop and customize solutions, manage cloud-based platforms, conduct training sessions, create user-friendly documentation, and deliver high-quality technical support.
The Modern Workspace Administrator must be able to collaborate openly with members of all teams within the company and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
This position is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities
• Support the firm’s digital transformation by implementing and improving IT processes that boost efficiency
• Customize and integrate modern IT solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, AI tools, and Copilot
• Provide hands-on training and create clear how-to guides to help staff effectively use new technologies
• Deliver proactive technical support and troubleshooting issues related to implemented solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and security standards
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance user and client experience
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies is an advantage
Experience:
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot, EntraID), AI tools, automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Azure Automate), Power Platform, Windows administration, project management tools, and PowerShell
• Experience implementing and improving IT processes, ideally in a professional services or legal environment
• Strong understanding of modern IT solutions and digital transformation practices
• Experience delivering technical training and creating simple, user-friendly documentation
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to support
• Ability to work well in a team and explain technical topics to non-technical users
• Good knowledge of IT security, data protection, and compliance standards
• Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
• Excellent written and spoken English
