Main Responsibilities:
• Assess the company’s standings in the Middle East market.
• Lead the Arabic IB/sales and retention team to initiate and nurture relationships with our business partners, such as affiliates, IBs and third-party businesses. Recruit, train, coach and monitor the sales teams.
• Manage & Monitor the performance & activities of the Sales teams.
• Manage and coach the team which comprises team leads and country managers for Middle East region.
• Define our global partnership strategy, from the channels and tools we use to our outreach and relationship-management initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets to expand our partnership network.
• Travel to key markets to establish new partnerships and support existing partners.
• Meeting with active and potential IBs & VIP clients whenever applicable.
Requirements:
• Experience in financial markets
• Extensive sales experience
• A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline.
• More than 5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, business development, and other closely related communication skills.
• Exceptional spoken and written English and Arabic communication skills.
• Passion for networking and meeting new people.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment in any situation.
