Our client is an international company specializing in enterprise process automation across various industries. In connection with improving internal processes within their sales team, they are looking for:
Sales Operations Specialist - Commissions
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and payout process of commissions from closed deals;
- Communicate with sales representatives to resolve questions related to commission metrics and amounts;
- Participate in reviewing and periodically calculating commissions in Xactly;
- Prepare periodic UATs and process improvements;
- Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command of English;
- + 2 years of experience calculating commissions and bonuses for sales teams;
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling);
- Experience with specialized commission software (Xactly or Salesforce).
