For our client, we are looking for:

BIM Architect

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating 3D models using BIM in Revit;
• Coordinating the design process;
• Preparing technical documentation for building permits and construction;
• Managing data and performing quantity take-offs.

Requirements:

• University degree in Architecture or Engineering with a technical focus;
• Previous experience in the same or a similar position;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Revit knowledge is mandatory;
• Familiarity with global BIM trends and standards;
• Experience with quantity take-offs and on-site construction is a plus;
• AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous, and additional experience with BIM-related or parametric software (e.g., Revit Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper) is a plus;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to take initiative and make independent decisions;
• Responsibility for managing projects within set deadlines and coordinated planning.
