Sales Manager
We're Hiring: Sales Manager (Telesales) – Based in Varna, Bulgaria
Medlink Students is expanding its operations in Varna, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic telesales team!
This is a full-time, office-based role in Varna – ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about coaching teams, driving performance, and making a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the telesales team to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Conduct daily team briefings, 1:1 coaching, and weekly sales workshops
- Review CRM performance data and call recordings to improve sales quality
- Align with Marketing & Admissions teams on lead quality and conversion
- Oversee onboarding and training of new sales advisors
- Handle escalated client cases with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain internal protocols, CRM hygiene, and transparent performance documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of sales or telesales team leadership (ideally in international settings)
- Strong command of CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Varna
