The Sales Manager job role in our organization involves managing and leading the overall sales process so as to ensure adequate performance. The position is also focused on people and process management to drive and steer results.
+ Managing existing accounts on the FRENCH market
+ Drive company’s business development and sales via actively recruiting new clients – retailers / agents / distributors
+ Maintaining an up-to-date market research on pricing policies, market trends, competitors, etc.
+ Working closely with the team and analyzing performance, areas for improvement and targets
+ Daily supervision of the sales performance, operations and delivery service
+ Functional work area: Sales / Marketing
To be a successful candidate you will need:
+ Excellent fluency in FRENCH – written and spoken. Candidates speaking a 2nd foreign language (e.g. English) will be given a preference.
+ University degree in a relevant field of study.
+ Minimum of 2 yrs of professional experience in a Sales Management position. Sector experience is preferred but not required.
+ Previous experience abroad is a plus.
+ Strong communication and interaction skills and ability to negotiate with potential clients.
+ Result driven, self-motivated and independent individual looking to positively influence others.
+ Proactive attitude with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
