ANC is a leading HR agency. Right now we are looking to hire Sales and Operation Manager in a logistic company with English and French for one of our biggest clients, who is expanding its operations.
• Sales prospecting and coordination to private customers (B2C), corporate accounts, international organizations and embassies (B2B).
• Generating sales leads and provide innovative ideas to explore new markets within the branch.
• Prepare and implement a regular sales action plan, reports and analysis in connection with the performed business activity.
• Set up, organize, coordinate and direct local, European and Intercontinental Service Partners.
• Establish agreements with trucking, air & sea freight forwarding companies.
• Contact and schedule pre-move surveys to estimate customer exact needs and move specifications.
• Provide quotes in line with the approved guidelines and ensured the accuracy of each costing.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and implementing company policies in a clear and participative way.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and ensure policies are being observed and goals are being maintained.
• Participate in multiple events and seminars.
• Directly reporting to the Managing Director.
The Ideal candidate has:
• 4+ years’ experience in sales or a related field and master’s degree in marketing, market research, sales & operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and learn all steps of the business cycle.
• Self-motivated person with a diligent work ethic.
• Driver license (B).
