Sales Manager
We are a sales company operating in the Vorwerk Group - an international company dealing in the sale of innovative products of high quality - incl. Kobold and Thermomix® devices. The activity of the Vorwerk company is associated with a rich - 130-year history.
Chef Renard is the Official Distributor for Vorwerk\\\\\\\'s complete cleaning system, Kobold®, in Bulgaria.

Skills required:
* Sales experience in the b2c area, experience in selling premium products is especially welcome
* Above-average networking skills and building relationships
* Diligence and determination in pursuing the goal
Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Recruit new consultants on a monthly basis
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly personal and team sales goals
* Ensure activity and productivity goals are met and/or exceeded
* Assist in sales strategies with team to increase sales revenue
* Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team(s)
* Assist in training the Sales Team
* Establish and build client data base
* Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
* Maintain records of all of the Sales Team’s sales activity and reports
* Keep well-informed of available products
* Attend training on new products, technologies, methods
* Work closely with the Sales Manager in growing the business profitability
* Assist the Distributor in the assigned territory
* Other responsibilities as deemed necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Ability to communicate well in English & Bulgarian
* Digitally savvy - Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong selling skills
* Ability to lead/manage multiple sales consultants
* Highly self-motivated and organized
* Experience in recruiting
* Experience in training others
* Strong Communication & Presentation skills
* Drive to grow and build sales territory
* Ability to travel within territory
