On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for Quality Manager to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the organizational chart of the Quality function in terms of competences and resources of the company`s system with respect of the Company mission, culture and values;
• Company quality representative for internal and external suppliers:
• Customer representative in project development and change management;
• Customer representative in mass production;
• Customer representative from an internal point of view - Supporting the Operations manager in charge of the continuous improvement plans and control the effective implementation of the Group Quality Management System.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Bachelor or Masters degree - technical education strengthened with 10 years of experience preferably, in the automotive industry;
• Leadership and coordination skills, integrity, managerial skills, autonomy, organizational abilities and interpersonal skills;
• Good IT skills (MS Office, PDM);
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German language is recommended.
