Non-voice Advisor with German Only

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients regarding the company's products only via email and live chat;
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities;
• Collaborating closely with internal departments of the company;
• Provide help in order to solve the requests in a prompt manner.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of German (B2/C1);
• English - B2
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail are key;
