Payroll Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Preparation and registration of labor contracts, supplementary agreements, and termination orders
• Preparation of additional labor-related documents, including issuing of labor books and pension documents and more
• Administration of new starters, leavers, transfers
• Own and manage the payroll process
• Processing vacation and sick leaves, submission of necessary forms in National Insurance Institute
• Preparation of declaration template 1 and 6 and submit them to Nation Revenue Agency
• Preparation and submission of payment in e-banking, on paper or electronic
• Submission of reports and checks to National Statistical Institute
• Prepare, manage и store employees’ personal files
• Document preparation related to safe working conditions
• Personnel checks and administration
• Monitor changes and remains current on legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of previous experience on a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, HR or related field
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Sound knowledge in labor and insurance legislation
• Good command of English;
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and organisational skills
