Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable candidate.

Main responsibilities:

-Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
-Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
-Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
-Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
-Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
-Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.


Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Two years’ experience in Accounting, understanding of Front Office operations
• Working knowledge of computer based PMS/POS software, automated accounting systems, Windows, Word, Excel
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English or French. Other languages are a plus.
• Proactiveness and ability to prioritize different tasks;
• Strong analytical skills;

Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
