Group Finance Controller

What you’ll be doing:

·         Preparingof correct and timely reports and analyses of the financial performance of the company

·         Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures

·         Preparing budgets, forecasts, analysis on Group level

·         Collaborating professionally with other departments and teams

·         Developing progress reports and analysis in relation to budgets (conducts cost variance analysis against baseline/plan values)

·         Overseeing accounting databases to ensure timely and prudent reporting

·         Direct financial communication with people across the globe

What we’re looking for:

·         Master / Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration

·         Proven working experience in similar position - 2-3 years

·         Experience in Controlling/FP&A in manufacturing company; automotive industry will be an advantage

·         Previous experience with Project/CAPEX/Investment controlling will be an advantage

·         Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills

·         Ability to work well under pressure and to multi task

·         Working/basic Knowledge of accounting and IFRS

·         Strong communication skills and efficient interaction with other associates

·         Good command of written and spoken English language, German would be an advantage

·         Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel), ERP/SAP/BW will be an advantage
