For one of our clients, international trade company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional at the position of:
PAYROLL COORDINATORKey Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll & payments and preparation of mandatory reports for authorities;
- Archives the personnel documents;
- Keeps records of handing over the employees personnel files;
- Manages the database of employees operating at the correct time entries and exits;
- Provide advisory services to a personnel for labor and payroll issues;
- Monitor the changes in the payroll legislation.
The Company Offers:
- University Degree in Accounting, HR or Economics;
- Previous experience in Payroll services – minimum 3 years;
- Excellent spoken and written English language;
- Knowledge of local labor legislation, social insurances, monthly calculation of payslips, labor contract preparation/termination;
- Previous experience with OMEX or SAP HR will be an advantage;
- Analytical and organizational skills, strong team player.
