Some of your responsibilities will include:
Creating, managing, and optimizing new and existing Google Ads/Bing Ads campaigns
Improving performance, finding new ways to expand existing campaigns
Writing ad copy and preparing tasks for image/video ads design (when needed)
Landing page adjustments suggestions for improving campaigns performance
Learning from and working with one of our best marketers


Skills we are looking for:
Excellent knowledge of the Google Ads platform
Experience in creating, managing, and improving all campaign types the Google Ads platform offers
Complete certifications in Google Search, Display, Video, and Shopping ads.
At least 2 years of experience with managing Google Ads campaigns
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and analyzing performance data
Good copywriting skills for ads
Good organizational skills and self-management
Creating tasks for banner/video ads creation (for the design team)
Experience managing Bing ads is a plus
A team player and a fun person to be around
Desire to learn and grow - we want hard-working people who always give their best


What would be great but NOT required:
Shopify experience
Experience managing ads in the beauty industry
Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
